Buying Information
When you click on the "Add to Basket" button, you will
be taken to the Paypal basket page and the item will be placed
in your "shopping basket". You can either continue
shopping or visit the "checkout" and pay for your
goods. If you choose to go to the Checkout, you will be taken
through the Paypal procedure. Existing members will be able to
pay via Paypal, non members can join the scheme at the end of
the transaction if they wish.
Paypal uses the latest technology to ensure that your details
are protected – at no time do we have access to your credit
card numbers. You will then be sent a copy of your order by
email, and we will pack and dispatch your goods.
We try to dispatch all Stock items within 24 hours.
If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise expected
delivery and ask for your instructions. If you are ordering a
colour which is not a stock item please allow at least 2-3 weeks
for delivery, as they will need to be specially ordered from
Thailand.

Orders
Orders may be placed by telephone, or via the web store.
To order by telephone - just advise the item required. Postal
payments may be made with cheque or P.O. (Payable to
Naturallypants) A receipt will be included with your
consignment.
Ordering
Simply add the items to your shopping basket and place the
order, there is no postage or packing to pay for UK orders.

Delivery
Generally orders are dispatched within 24 hours but if we have a
temporary shortage, we will contact you to advise the
anticipated delay period.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day
after you receive the goods. Please contact us for returns
details before any item is returned
On receipt of the returned item we will exchange or refund
payment within 14 days after receipt.
Please advise any damage or shortages in your delivery
within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange or refund payment
within 14 days after receipt for goods deemed to be faulty or
damaged when we receive the returned items.
When returning items,
please ensure they are securely packed and obtain a 'proof of
posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use
the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to
process your order and second, to provide you with the best
possible service. We
will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your
consent. The
type of information we will collect about you includes your
name, address, phone number, and email address. We do not hold
any payment information as we utilise industry standard Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt credit/debit card
details.
We
will never collect sensitive information about you. The
information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can
check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If
you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of
visitors to our site. This can include using a
"cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You
can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The
information collected in this way can be used to identify you
unless you modify your browser settings.

service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our goods
or service please contact the Sales Department immediately.
The office is open 9.30am to 5pm every day except Sundays and
Bank Holidays.
